Da kein bodengebundener Notarzt verf\u00fcgbar war, wurde der Notarzt zu der von einer Mauer gest\u00fcrzten Patientin eingeflogen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde die Patientin vom Rettungsdienst aus Sch\u00f6nenberg-K\u00fcbelberg versorgt. Die Feuerwehr Dunzweiler sicherte Landung und Start des RTHs ab. Der Einsatz des Einsatzleitfahrzeuges aus Waldmohr war nicht mehr erforderlich; die Kameraden blieben in Bereitstellung.
